Our Leadership and Employee Development services, both live and virtual, are focused on improving the positive performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings to create lasting effects on a company's operations and bottom-line.
In order to grow and develop your organization, you must develop leaders and employees who can adapt and respond to tomorrow's challenges today. One means of doing that is by providing leaders and employees with opportunities for development.
A joint Bersin-Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) study reported that 86% of companies with strategic leadership development programs were able to respond to changing business environments rapidly compared with 52% of companies with less mature programs (Martineau, Hoole & Patterson, 2009).
Organizations and businesses need to grow and innovate continuously, pursue sustained development, and cope with rapid changes in their external environments as well as increasingly competitive markets. Hence, organizations need to strengthen or expand the knowledge base, skills, and abilities of their employees. For this purpose, employee development must be incorporated into a systematic and formal system if the goals of employees and business are to be attained (Liu, 2002; McGehee & Thayer, 1961). When talent is fostered and nurtured, competitive advantages in performance are untainted (Becker & Gerhard, 1996; Bowling, 2007; Davenport, 2006; Peters & Waterman, 1982).
We work with clients to link their leadership and employee development efforts to the organization's mission and strategy, noting how these links can clarify leadership and employee performance objectives, competencies and gaps.
